Larry’s Southwestern Sauces are taking off at Whole Foods Markets
in New England. All 26 Whole Foods Markets in New England are now carrying
Larry’s Southwestern Sauces. Whole Foods New York is next.
I held a
tasting demo at the Whole Foods Market
in West Hartford, CT on August 22 and we sold every jar in the store. We
sold four cases of Ranchero and Chipotle in just three hours. Thanks, Whole Foods
West Hartford!
Coming up in
September, I will hold tasting demos at Honest Weight Food Coop in Albany, NY
on Sunday, September 12th from noon to three and at River Valley Market

Larry’s
Southwestern Mole Sauce is probably my biggest seller right now. Larry’s Mole
has the great taste of chilies and chocolate, but without the nuts and gluten
found in so many other Mole sauces.
Last Saturday
at the Delmar Saturday Farmer’s Market
in Delmar, NY, a customer walked up to my table and bought two jars of Mole. He
said he Goggled Mole Sauce, Albany, NY and found me. Go Figure!
Recipe for Larry’s Southwestern Chicken
Mole Enchiladas
Southwestern Chicken Mole – Warm
one jar of Larry’s Southwestern Mole Sauce in a pan over medium heat. Place
one pound of chicken thigh or breast meat in a roasting pan. Pour the Mole
Sauce over the meat, cover and bake in the oven at 350’ for 35 minutes. Serve
with rice or corn tortillas and a little veg on the side. Serves two to
four.

Associated Buyers is now the distributor of Larry's Southwestern Sauces in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and the Hudson Valley from Glens Falls to Poughkeepsie.
Larry's Sauces are now on sale at Table Local Market in Bedford Hills, Westchester County, NY. This is a high end gourmet store specializing in locally grown or prepared foods. Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten is a customer there.
I am selling Larry's Sauces at three farmer's markets now:
Wednesday from 10 to 1, I am at the Empire State Plaza in Albany.
Friday from 2:30 to 6 pm at the Voorheesville Methodist Church
Saturday from 9 to 1 at the Delmar Saturday Farmer's Market.
